Are there any setup fees? +

No. If your books need to be cleaned up or caught up before we start, we quote that separately as a one-time project so you know the cost up front. The monthly fee is the monthly fee.

What happens if my business grows? +

We check in every quarter. If the work has grown, we talk about it, agree on a new number, and put it in writing before anything changes. You will never see a surprise invoice.

Can I switch between tiers? +

Yes, any month. Move up when things get busier or down when they quiet. No contracts, no lock-in, no penalty for changing.

What is not included in these prices? +

Tax preparation and filing — that is your CPA, and we hand them clean books at year-end. Audit defense, legal matters, and anything outside bookkeeping also falls outside these prices. If something is out of scope, we tell you up front.

Do you only work with businesses in NYC? +

No. We are based in NYC and Long Island, but most of our work is remote. We have clients all over the country.
